  intro to TRE® class will guide you through the TRE® movement series\;
  provide a history and framework of the practice\; and will include mindfu
 lness reflection and time for questions and answers. While TRE® is most 
 effectively used as a continued practice most people report that even tryi
 ng TRE® once provides an immediate experience of relaxation!\n\nAbout th
 e TRE™ Provider: Stephanie Johnson\, CYT\, has a background in homeless 
 services working in various capacities in the nonprofit sector from Health
  Advocate and Case Manager at an emergency women's shelter\, to managing a
  day shelter\, to developing and supervising a contemplative volunteer pro
 gram for university service learning students at the shelter. Apart from b
 eing a TRE™ Provider she is certified in Integral Awakening Yoga and pr
 actices Vipassana meditation. Stephanie is passionate about trauma informe
 d self care and considers it an honor and a privilege to share the pract
 ice with you!
