 ™ Introductory Workshop you may continue by attending the weekly open gr
 oup classes held every Thursday evening in the Integral Health Studio from
  06.00pm to 07.30pm. The cost is R1\,000.00 for 6 consecutive classes - pa
 yable in advance. After this you may continue at a reduced rate of R50.00
