DESCRIPTION:Dates: 3rd to 5th August 2019\n\nTimes: 9.00am to 5.00pm\n\nVen
 ue: Integral Health Studio\, Constantia\, Cape Town\, South Africa\n\nThis
  3-day workshop is open to the general public and is ideal for anyone who 
 wants to learn a valuable self-care technique that can be used to manage s
 tress and tension for the rest of their lives. TRE™ promotes inner peace
  and wellbeing and helps to increase resilience to life's inevitable chall
 enging events.\n\nTRE™ can also be used by professionals whose work supp
 orts those affected by stress\, tension\, anxiety and trauma and who want 
 to add a body-based\, self-empowering techinque to their existing services
 .\n\nThis includes therapists\, counsellors\, social workers\, occupationa
 l therapists\, osteopaths\, physiotherapists\, doctors\, chiropractors\, c
 ranio-sacral therapists\, bodyworkers\, coaches\, parents\, teachers\, fit
 ness instructors and others in alternative health fields.\n\nThose who wis
 h to teach TRE™ to others or use it as a therapeutic technique will need
  to certify as TRE™ Providers. This requires completion of the full  TR
 E™ Certification Training Programme (GCTP).\n\nCertification in the GCTP
  requires participation in a second 3-day workshop and a comprehensive sup
 ervision programme. The process usually takes around 12 months depending o
 n each participant's personal progress. Full programme details are availab
 le on request.\n\nPLEASE NOTE: Attending the 3-day Exploring  TRE™ does
  not equip you with the skills and competencies required or qualify you to
  teach TRE to others. \n\nTRE™ CERTIFICATION TRAINER: INGRID REGENASS\n
 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIngrid Regenass 
 is a global TRE Certification Trainer and mindfulness-based Integral Healt
 h practitioner in Cape Town\, South Africa. She is a registered nurse and 
 Mindfulness Teacher and will lead the workshop.\nIngrid has over 30 years 
 of experience in the field of health promotion and wellness and a wealth o
 f knowledge about delivering TRE in a range of settings. She works with TR
 E clients and providers all over the world.\nThis is the only time Ingrid 
 will be in New Zealand this year\, so make sure you take advantage of this
