They continued th eir fascination with the tremor mechanism process  - not just for themse lves\, but also introducing it to an NGO that supports homeless people in Cape Town\, South Africa\, a profound 18-month project that offered them a large dose of humility and compassion. Subsequently\, they have both cult ivated international careers that are grounded\, productive and bring them immense joy and satisfaction. In bringing Electric Heart to the world\, t hey have curated an experience that they hope will bring you “Home” – the place that feels yummy\, delicious\, safe and nurturing.  From h ere\, we can move towards true and healthy expression\, towards a life ali gned\, centred and in integrity. She encourages us to explore safe methods of movement and play as a way of better understan ding ourselves in relation to the world. Through curiosity\, we are led th rough simple yet healing processes that bring balance and alignment to all our bodily systems.  More recently Fiona’s fascination with the vagus nerve has led her on an exploration and investigation of sound\, frequenc y and vibration\, and their  profound restorative effects on  communic ation\, expression\, listening\, facial expression and the ability to soci ally engage in a healthy manner.\n\nFiona is a TRE™ (Tension/Trauma Rele ase Exercises) Global Certification Trainer and offers trainings in Thaila nd\, Romania\, Israel\, Portugal and South Africa. She practices and teach es Taoist energy techniques and meditations and created ”Nectar – Sex ual Wisdom &\; Alchemy”\,a practical\, safe and accessible program th at practices the transformation of Jing Chi (sexual energy) for health and lifestyle benefits. Most rece ntly he has re-ignited his fascination with “how music moves us” - not just on the dance floor\, but also on an internal visceral level in its a bility to shift our state of being. A passion for Jeremy is the joy people find when they finally come home to their voice.\n\nJeremy is an interna tionally renowned pianist\, singer\, composer and performer\, as well a TR E™ (Tension &\; Trauma Releasing Exercises) Global Trainer\, consciou sness coach\, and mantra and sacred music facilitator.
