  helps the body release deeply held tension\, stress\, &amp\; trauma.  De
 veloped by David Berceli\, PhD\, TRE™ safely activates a natural reflex 
 mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension\, calming
  down the nervous system.  Neuroscientists call this the “freeze discha
 rge” (Scaer\, 2010.)  The exercises are safe and can be modified for al
 most all body types.  TRE™ is being taught in 35 countries and is prese
 ntly being studied by the Veterans Administration.  After doing TRE™\,

 neral\, any place in Burlington\, South Burlington\, Essex\, Essex Junctio
 n\, Colchester\, or Williston will keep you around a 15 minute drive to El
 ements of Healing.  All the chains are in the area.   Air BnB is another
  option folks have used. \nUber and cab companies (Green Cab and Dunwrigh
 t Cabs are two) can get you to your hotel.
