They continue d their fascination with the tremor mechanism process  – not just for themselves\, but also introducing it to an NGO that supports homeless peop le in Cape Town\, South Africa\, a profound 18-month project that offered them a large dose of humility and compassion. Subsequently\, they have bot h cultivated international careers that are grounded\, productive and brin g them immense joy and satisfaction. In bringing Electric Heart to the wor ld\, they have curated an experience that they hope will bring you “Home ” – the place that feels yummy\, delicious\, safe and nurturing.  Fr om here\, we can move towards true and healthy expression\, towards a life aligned\, centred and in integrity. She encourages us to explore safe methods of movement and p lay as a way of better understanding ourselves in relation to the world. T hrough curiosity\, we are led through simple yet healing processes that br ing balance and alignment to all our bodily systems.  More recently Fion a’s fascination with the vagus nerve has led her on an exploration and i nvestigation of sound\, frequency and vibration\, and their  profound re storative effects on  communication\, expression\, listening\, facial ex pression and the ability to socially engage in a healthy manner.\n\nFiona is a TRE™ (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises) Global Certification Traine r and offers trainings in Thailand\, Romania\, Israel\, Portugal and South Africa. She practices and teaches Taoist energy techniques and meditation s and created ”Nectar – Sexual Wisdom &\; Alchemy”\,a practical\ , safe and accessible program that practices the transformation of Jing Ch i (sexual energy) for health and lifestyle benefits. Most recently he has re-ignited his fascination with “h ow music moves us” – not just on the dance floor\, but also on an inte rnal visceral level in its ability to shift our state of being. A passion for Jeremy is the joy people find when they finally come home to their voi ce.\n\nJeremy is an internationally renowned pianist\, singer\, composer and performer\, as well a TRE™ (Tension &\; Trauma Releasing Exercise s) Global Trainer\, consciousness coach\, and mantra and sacred music faci litator.
