 nTHIS FIRST MODULE IS  OPEN TO EVERYONE\,\nCOME AND LEARN THE BASICS OF T
 RE\,\nEXPLORE AND DEEPEN INTO YOUR OWN TRE PRACTICE.\nINCLUDES:\n\n\n 	An 
 introduction to TRE and your personal tremoring process -\n 	each morning 
 and afternoon you will be guided through the exercises and the tremoring p
 rocess\, learning how to "go slow\," and safely regulate your process\n\n\
 n 	An introduction to the anatomy\, physiology and neurology of the stress
  response and trauma\n 	Containment\,  grounding\,  self-regulation skil
 ls\n\nThis module is open to all\,  come and  learn about using TRE for 
 your own personal health and well-being.\nit is also the first module of t
 he TRE™ CERTIFIED PROVIDER TRAINING:\nThe full 12 - 18 month TRE™ Ce
 rtification Training consists of\n 3 X 2 DAY MODULES  plus  SUPERVISION
  PROCESS (See below) \n12 - 18 months structured training  comprising of
  :\n\n\n 	3 x 2 day modules\, plus\n 	A process of Supervision that suppo
 rts you in\n\n\n 	developing and deepening your own TRE practice\,\n 	lear
 ning to facilitate individuals through the TRE process\n 	teaching small g
 roups.\n 	application of theory -  anatomy\, physiology\, neurology of th
 e stress response and trauma\, polyvagal theory\, fascia.\n 	containment\,
  grounding\,  co- and self-regulation\,\n 	developmental trauma and attac
 hment in relation to TRE\n 	how to set up a practice\n\nMODULE 2 -  JUNE
  20st + 21st 2020  - cost £250 / £220 (early bird\nMODULE 3  SEPT 19t
 h + 20th  2020 - cost £250 / £220 (early bird)\nSUPERVISION PROCESS :
 \nMinimum 13 supervision sessions  : cost approx £1500   (depending on
  existing skills - if no therapeutic or teaching background\,  may need a
 dditional supervision) (1-1 sessions with mentor\, reveiw of teaching sess
 ions\,  videos\, written work)\n13 sessions ( minimum requirement) :\n4 X
  SESSIONS with mentor - exploring your own TRE process.  (preferably in-p
 erson sessions - if possible)\n4 SESSIONS with mentor (either 1-1 or in sm
 all group) - exploring your experiences teaching TRE to individuals  (the
 se can be over Skype/Zoom)\n4 SESSIONS with mentor (EITHER 1-1 or in small
  group) - exploring your experiences teaching TRE to groups  (can be over
  Skype/Zoom)\nBooks / videos / website registration. -  approx     £15
