TRE™ prom otes inner peace and wellbeing and helps to increase resilience to life's inevitable challenging events.\n\nTRE™ can also be used by professionals whose work supports those affected by stress\, tension\, anxiety and trau ma and who want to add a body-based\, self-empowering techinque to their e xisting services.\n\nThis includes therapists\, counsellors\, social worke rs\, occupational therapists\, osteopaths\, physiotherapists\, doctors\, c hiropractors\, cranio-sacral therapists\, bodyworkers\, coaches\, parents\ , teachers\, fitness instructors and others in alternative health fields.\ n\nThose who wish to teach TRE™ to others or use it as a therapeutic tec hnique will need to certify as TRE™ Providers. This requires completion of the full  TRE™ Certification Training Programme (GCTP).\n\nCertifica tion in the GCTP requires participation in a second 3-day workshop and a c omprehensive supervision programme. The process usually takes around 12 mo nths depending on each participant's personal progress.
