New Zealand.\n\nThis 3-day workshop is open to the general public and is ideal for anyone who wants to learn a valuable self-care technique that ca n be used to manage stress and tension for the rest of their lives. TRE™ promotes inner peace and wellbeing and helps to increase resilience to li fe's inevitable challenging events.\n\nTRE™ can also be used by professi onals whose work supports those affected by stress\, tension\, anxiety and trauma and who want to add a body-based\, self-empowering techinque to th eir existing services.\n\nThis includes therapists\, counsellors\, social workers\, occupational therapists\, osteopaths\, physiotherapists\, doctor s\, chiropractors\, cranio-sacral therapists\, bodyworkers\, coaches\, par ents\, teachers\, fitness instructors and others in alternative health fie lds.\n\nThose who wish to teach TRE™ to others or use it as a therapeuti c technique will need to certify as TRE™ Providers. This requires comple tion of the full  TRE™ Certification Training Programme (GCTP).\n\nCert ification in the GCTP requires participation in a second 3-day workshop an d a comprehensive supervision programme. The process usually takes around 12 months depending on each participant's personal progress.
