DESCRIPTION:6-hour experiential workshops include an introduction and deepe
 r understanding of self-induced therapeutic tremoring and its history and 
 origin in Dr. David Berceli’s technique of TRETM. Participants experienc
 e 2 Neurogenic YogaTM classes including yoga postures\, breath awareness a
 nd therapeutic tremoring. Neurogenic Yoga classes are gentle\, calming\, a
 nd releasing. This workshop is open to the public\, and is appropriate fo
 r people of all level of fitness. 1.5 hour lunch break from 12-1:30PMFacil
 itator:Jennica Mills\, MSW\, E-RYT\, Certified TRE Level II. After receivi
 ng her Master's in Social work in 2005\, Jennica began working as a trauma
  therapist in a sexual assault recovery program. This experience led her i
 nto a journey of learning and practicing Yoga\, meditation\, and somatic t
