DESCRIPTION:This workshop is designed to introduce you to the theory and pr
 actice of Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE) and to empower you to practice
  on your own. During the class we will do the simple exercises and discuss
  the theory behind them. We will also have time to address your questions 
 and concerns. This class is suitable for people of all ages and level of f
 itness as the TRE exercises can be modified to accommodate anybody’s nee
 ds. The price for the introduction workshop is 45 euros.You can participat
 e in an introduction workshop to TRE (in Dutch)\, schedule a private sess
 ion or find a group of at least 7 people to have the workshop in English.
