  This class gives you\na place to return to the practice with guidance and
  support.”\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nReturn to Guided Practice\nTRE™ is a practic
 e that can continue to evolve as you become more familiar with your body
 ’s signals\, responses\, and rhythms.\nThis in-person Group Refresher Cl
 ass is an opportunity to return to TRE™ with the support of a Certified 
 TRE™ Provider. You’ll have time to reconnect with the practice\, ask q
 uestions\, explore modifications\, and receive guidance around anything yo
 u’ve been noticing during your personal TRE™ practice.\nWhether it has
  been a few days\, a few months\, or longer since your last guided session
 \, you are welcome to come back and practice with us.\n\n\nWhat to Expect\

 n 	Guided preparation through the TRE™ exercises\n 	Time for your body
 ’s natural neurogenic tremoring response\n 	Reminders and support for sl

 ass For?\nThis class is for anyone who has previously learned TRE™ throu
 gh an Intro to TRE™ Workshop or a private guided TRE™ session.\nYou do
  not need to have learned TRE™ with me. If you completed your introducti
 on with another Certified TRE™ Provider\, you are welcome to join us.\nR
 efresher Classes can be especially useful if you:\n\n\n 	Have questions ab
 out something happening in your practice\n 	Would like help with self-regu
 lation\n 	Need modifications for your current body or mobility\n 	Haven’
 t practiced in a while and would like some guidance getting started again\
 n 	Simply enjoy practicing TRE™ with the support of a group and Provider
 \n\n\n\n\n\nA Few Important Notes\n\n 	This is a Refresher Class\, not an 
 introductory workshop.\nPrevious guided TRE™ experience is required.\n 	
 You are always encouraged to listen to your body\, take breaks\,\nslow the
  process down\, or stop at any time.\n 	Wear comfortable clothing that all
 ows you to move and lie comfortably\non a mat.\n 	Classes are kept intenti
