  is a self-help tool developed by Dr David Berceli that is used successful
 ly throughout the world. The course will be very practical. Each day you w
 ill be supported through the exercises and tremors\, including time for di
 scussions and sharing of experiences. You will learn the theory of how tra
 uma is held in the physical body and can be released by the body naturally
  with self-induced therapeutic tremors.\n\nParticipants will learn or go d
 eeper with their TRE personal tremoring response.\n\nParticipants will und
 erstand the tremor response.\n\nParticipants will learn anatomy\, neurolog
 y and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE\n\nParticipants
  will learn defence reactions\, containment\, and grounding strategies as
