 exploring TRE™. No prior experience is needed.\n\n🧩 What does "Parts-
 Informed" mean?\n\nParts-Informed means that I facilitate the session whil
 e acknowledging that we may experience different parts\, sensations\, and 
 emotions. You do not need any prior experience with IFS or parts work.\n\n
